EncapX® is an automated, continuous supercritical CO₂–based platform designed for the reproducible and scalable production of lipid nanoparticles and nanoliposomes.
It overcomes the limitations of conventional microfluidic and solvent-based encapsulation methods through a patented millifluidic supercritical CO₂ process, enabling precise control of nanoparticle formation while reducing solvent usage and eliminating clogging issues.
EncapX® is suitable for R&D, preclinical development, and industrial-scale manufacturing, with a design compatible with GMP environments.
