Company & Mission
Biotech One is a clean technology startup developing innovative CO₂-based processes for biomass valorization (agro-industrial co-products, microalgae, plant by-products).
As part of our growing R&D programs and European projects, we are recruiting a Research Engineer to design, operate, optimize and document experimental processes, while coordinating with academic and industrial partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize supercritical CO₂-based extraction, encapsulation or sterilization processes
- Design and implement experimental plans (DOE),
- Perform laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, and characterize products
- Analyze and interpret results rigorously and synthesize key findings
- Contribute to R&D deliverables (reports, protocols, publications)
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and research partners
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Maintain detailed activity logs, contribute to R&D tax credit (CIR) reporting and documentation
- Qualify the customer needs
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for France
